App Ski Mtn. will be hosting a special Race Team Clinic on Sunday, Dec 15.
This clinic will be led by Darrell Gray, High Performance Director at the prestigious Burke Mountain Academy in East Burke, VT. The training session will be from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm. The morning session will be focused on developing strong personal skiing and the afternoon session will be focused on specific race training exercises, drills and strategies.

More about Darrell Gray – Darrell started teaching skiing and coaching ski racing during his college years in North Carolina, continuing in Virginia before arriving at Burke Mountain Academy in the fall of 1997. At BMA, he had the privilege of coaching FIS Women, FIS Men, and U16s on and off the hill in National Championships and National projects. In his early years at BMA, Darrell was responsible for directing the Strength and Conditioning program, a role he continues today. As BMA’s High Performance Director, Darrell describes his role as “coaching athletes and coaching coaches” both on and off the hill.
